BRIAN RIEFEPETERS, FSA, EA

Brian, a partner of the firm, leads the development of our employee rewards consulting practice,  Financial Wellness program for retirement plan sponsors, and our planning practice for individual clients.  He leads our comprehensive financial planning and modeling for all of our clients . Previously, he was an actuarial & benefits consultant for both Watson Wyatt (Willis Towers Watson) and Fidelity Investments. Most recently he led the benefits and compensation departments of Amway prior to joining the Calder team.

Brian graduated from St Olaf College majoring in Mathematics and Economics while minoring in Statistics and Finance.  He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in the retirement track and also an Enrolled Actuary (EA).

Brian and his wife, Sarah, have five six seven children and live in the Cascade/Ada area.  In his free time he enjoys…wait, he has seven kids…he ain’t got no free time! Let’s just say he spends a lot of time playing with his kids and seeking intentional moments of joy with them. He also spends much time in joint activities with them at Ada Christian School.
